The driver was seen throwing packages – reportedly including an HD Kindle Fire worth around $400 onto the driveway of a home in Georgetown on Saturday.

The owners, Jill and Tarry Smith, were puzzled as to why their packages had not been delivered properly and watched their CCTV footage of the delivery to find the answer.

“I was astounded,” Jill said. “I just ran and found my husband and I’m like ‘you have got to watch this.’ And pretty much put it on Facebook immediately just to see what the public response would be. Maybe I was overreacting. Not so much; we’ve got a pretty big response.”

The USPS released a statement about the video saying “it is very disappointing and does not represent the kind of service we strive to provide our customers. This matter is currently being investigated to determine the appropriate actions taken with regards to the employee and our customer.”

Be vigilant and get a camera. EOS.

Lazy SOB. He needs to be instantly let go. With all these videos it’s shocking that these workers continue to mishandle mail.
